Philosophy

My Story
I followed my training as a Dietitian at the ICOGES school in Paris, where I obtained my BTS diploma in dietetics in 2004.
With my diploma in hand, I decided to return to Senegal, my native country, to set up my practice there.
Quickly, I realized how difficult it was to do my job because this job was almost unknown in Senegal at that time.
I had to do substantive work consisting in communicating to the medical profession the need to have a professional accompany patients requiring a check-up and dietary follow-up.
Today, after 17 years of professional experience, I draw a satisfactory balance sheet and I continue my way of exercising this profession through the establishment of collaboration allowing to build an ecosystem with high added value for people wishing to have a quality lifestyle.
For example, I work with sports coaches, and in 2019 I opened a Healthy restaurant, "FLOW", in order to share balanced dishes on the plates without subtracting the flavors and the quality of the inputs. I have also set up the delivery of dietetic meals for the follow-up of my patients, but also the follow-up of people wishing to apply a specific diet with their sports coach.
